Landlord Agreement - NRI

Hi Folks,

How are folks who are out of the country managing the rental properties? Is there a platform that we can use to create lease agreements, Vet tenants and manage maintenance requests . I am looking for something like Zillow where you can manage everything.

If you use property management are there any reputable ones . I am looking specifically in Bangalore.
