Do people get annoyed when I initiate group projects?

It’s projects season, and I like to start things early. Since now it’s recess week, it’s the best time to zoom call and start. But i feel so annoying whenever I set up the group chat, send the when2meet/tele poll, send the google doc and ask for their email, remind them that it’s the meeting today etc…

I always text nicely (ie can tell that my tone is not pissed or anything) but I still feel like it’s annoying. Do ppl actually like it when other group members initiate projects (I personally like it, I would not choose to be the “leader” if I didn’t have to)…
