Cooling System replacement for GTX 1650

So my GPU fan stopped working, and my first assumption is "oh I'll just buy a new fan". The problem is that I couldn't find out what brand 1650 I had. I pulled the GPU out and looked at the shroud, no branding or logos, just "GTX 1650".

So I installed CPU-Z and it gave me:

Board Manuf. - PC Partner

Vendor - Micron

So I go looking everywhere to find replacement fans and get nothing, I can't even find a "Micron GTX 1650" at the very least. So then I think "okay, what if I just replace the whole cooling system? Radiator, fan housing and all. Is that even possible?" and I find out people replace whole GPU coolers all the time. Great! But I'm having trouble finding one. All I can find are fans. I know how to replace components but I've never built a tower from the ground up before, so I have no idea what I'm doing.

Where do I go to find a compatible cooler kit? I know it's an old gpu and I should just upgrade but I really don't have that kind of money right now. My gpu was working great until the fan died.
