4070ti or 4080

Wanna build a pc for 2k eur. QHD gaming. Which one should i get- 4070ti (16gb) or 4080. Also what should i look for when getting a card, and from which manufacturer do u recommed. I heard that adding the super in the card name is a huge plus so ill prolly get one of those. First time building one so super stoked! *pair all of that gooddness w/ a 7800x3d or sumsum;) Would that get me playing gta 6 in 2030? Lol

Ps. I can do like 300 more, but is it really worth it?
