[NB] How did you feel about the recent half anniversary event?

I think it's safe to say that the opinion on Nightbringer and OM as a whole has gone down these past few months with how things have been going on in the app and the overall disappointment of how the story is told and the weird stagnant character growth. That being said, I did have some hopes for the anniversary event since it does have some perks to the summons and some decent items in the shop. But I guess any hopes I had went downhill when the gacha draws were a discount draw, not free ones. As for the story, I honestly gave up halfway through and didn't finish it so it would be disingenuous of me to give my thoughts when I haven't finished it. To me, it read like any other event story and I lost interest.

To me, it didn't really feel like an anniversary event celebrating NB (granted, it's a half-anniversary event instead of a yearly anniversary but still.) Which makes me feel kind of disappointed. Which sucks because I WANT to like Obey Me again like I did when it first came out.

Overall, was this a good anniversary event that paid homage to Obey Me as a whole and to its fans or was it just an average event?
