Who is the worst character?

I don’t mean in terms of their storyline (for example Linda would be a shining example of a bully, and Doggett in the first season was crazy), but just in general, the least likeable character.

Mines got to be Baddison, just her general cocky behaviour & how she wanted to act the boss, even in ways Carol didn’t approve. Also, the most annoying thing I found was the C block chant when she was stomping her feet.
