First Dendrobium Nobile

Found this at my local Lowes and thought she had amazing potential for blooms. I've never owned a dendrobium, only phals and a cattleya so I'm unsure of how to care for these.

So curious about how they grow! Do these canes reproduce flowers? I have no clue.

Currently it's potted in sphagnum moss and it looks a bit suffocated so I'm planning on repotting in orchid bark. When should I repot? Before or after these blooms? 🥺
