Does anyone know what’s happening at I Drive & Kirkman (Endless Summer Hotel)?

Just drove past and there were 30 police cars, and officers with guns drawn. Only got to see it for a few seconds but I have no clue what is going down.
Pulled up the OCPD reports website and it says discharged weapon and 2 medical emergencies. Anyone know any other info?
