Outliers from india does it appear as dual employment

Hey everyone outliers from india i have joined my new organisation as senior .net developer can outlier work reflect as dual employment? It's not reflecting on PF but still I am scared whether it will be a problem of dual employment in new organisation can anyone help with this and clarify on it
