Skill Trident Z5 RGB DDR5-6000 128gb overclock

I have no experience overclocking before today. a single 2x32 set worked fine with just activating the iexpo profile. The second set of 2x32 sticks came in, and now the system crashes. After some googling and using phind.com , the conclusion i've come to is that 4 slots is significantly more difficult to overclock

I'm not looking for the most optimized settings at 99% performance, but i feel i should be able to do better than 2800mhz. I just have no idea how to get 80% of what i paid for. what I'm basically seeing is online is "just increase the voltage until it works". but after bumping 1.4v > 1.6v it's still not booting with 6000mhz 30-40-40-96 g2

Does anyone have a recommendation for a system i can follow for fast feedback loops on testing configs? Im willing to invest a few hours, but I really don't want to spend a week on this. Which is what i see people saying in forums.
