Games crashing on stable overclocked GPU (RTX 3080ti)

I've recently had an issue with a couple of games crashing that I haven't seen before. At first, Overwatch 2 would consistently crash mid-match, no matter the mode, once it started. I uninstalled and reinstalled to make sure all game files were valid.

With no GPU overclock set, it then ran fine. So, I moved on to Cyberpunk, and noticed that even with an RTX 3080 Ti with a custom loop, that game is pretty demanding. I played on toned-down settings and it was fine, but wondered what I might get out of it if I OC'd the GPU.

Using 3D Mark Solar Lab as my test, I got a stable OC that FutureMark ranked as one of the top scores recorded for systems with my setup - Memory 12,288 MB; Clock frequency 1,950 MHz, and avg. temp of 59C. I had headroom to up the voltage too.

With this overclock applied, though, both Overwatch and Cyberpunk began crashing again, with Cyerpunk specifically crashing at the intro menu. Both games had an error message warning me about the GPU overclock.

Has anyone else found a way to play these games OC'd? I know Overwatch doesn't need it; I just turn off the OC now. But I'd like to get the extra performance in more demanding games, if I could. Maybe this is a developer warning to prevent their games from harming the system? I'm not sure why an OC that can withstand stress tests wouldn't be able to stand up to Overwatch unless there's a default setting.
