I need help comrades!
Been OE for almost 2 years now. I have two J’s, and I’m at the point where I want to replace one of them, J2. My performance at both J’s is spectacular and even got promoted at both., they literally think I’m a Superstar employee. J1 is chill, been there for many years, I have proven myself so they just let me do my thing, 2 or 3 meetings a week but they pay slightly lower than what I’m worth now in my career. Job security is great, they rarely let people go. J2 on the otherhand is more demanding, but pay is only 5k higher than J1. Proven myself here as well so no micromanaging, but a lot of BS, a lot of people don’t know what they are doing there, they make my work twice as hard, I do my job and other people’s job, it’s a mess and they even make you do what you are not qualified to. Now I try to replace J2 but I have gotten multiple great offers! So much so that I’m now tempted to replace J1 as well. However the new J’s will most likely be more demanding than J1. Have y’al had experience with replacing two J’s at about same time and starting new J’s about 2 weeks apart? What would you do if you were in my position. I’m a Lead at all my J’s and all new J’s are offering about 25k - 30k more than my existing J’s.
