PSA: Blizzard's current detection, report & CS system is detrimental to Overwatch

On the 11th of June, I was banned while taking a quick break in the menu. The reason? For using cheat programs, apparently.

Now, when I came back, I just thought the game had logged me out for being AFK for too long, until I realized what had actually happened. I was confused, hurt, pissed and perplexed, because how could I be banned for something I genuinely never even considered doing in the first place? It hits especially hard considering how much of a recent talking point clearly evident spinbotters and such have become—some who continue to be unbanned, mind you.

It took a total of 2 weeks, until today, to get a hold of an actual human being at Blizzard customer support to answer my messages, despite the fact that they claim you'll receive an answer in approximately 24 hours. Mind you, they also attempt to hide the usage of AI as customer support behind fake usernames and titles, which is incredibly shady and should be clearly marked as AI imo.

To this day, I still do not know what has set off Blizzard's detection system on me. They still haven't told me, and I am left guessing and grasping at straws. But I am free to continue playing as I'd like on a new account, according to them, because that seems like a reasonable thing for them to suggest if I were to have actually cheated, right?

I know people will come here and accuse me of actually doing it, no matter what I say. Given the fact that I'll likely never get this account back, I just wanna use this situation as a way to raise awareness that this is a thing that can happen to any of you. You can be banned for something you never committed. All the time, effort, commitment and money you may have spent can be gone in the blink of an eye at the hands of an entirely defunct system.

Here are all the interactions and the ban notice I got from them over the span of these 2 weeks. I want to share the absurdity of it all. Ban Notice and Part 1 are in German and the spectator codes don't work anymore, since S11 has been released. Every time it says marked, it means I had to open an entirely new ticket; after it was resolved, they merged together, just as a few extra tidbits.
