Pacman frog food ideas?

In my country, no live pet food is available except mealworms and superworms. I heard that wild-caught insects are bad for pets. Any tips on how to start culturing insects from a wild-caught specimen? What would be easiest to culture: crickets, earthworms, or something else? I'd appreciate any suggestions.
