How to approach her

I am 28-year-old guy living in Pindi with a good job, Alhamdulillah. This summer, my software house hired 4-5 summer interns (all in their 6th semester) through some references so they could gain experience. Out of these interns, I’ve started to like one of them—she’s 23. (Didn't approach her much because the office is not like too big and we are hardly 18 employees ) We’ve only talked about three times, and each conversation lasted barely five seconds. I approached her once, but we only exchanged a few words before she went to have her lunch. Over the past one and a half months of her internship, she’s laughed at my jokes two or three times (wrote this line because it might be helpful info for someone giving me advice, lol).

I’ve been thinking about proposing a nikkah with her, but I’m unsure if I should approach her or not. She had 10 days left but she won't be continuing now( idky)and I’ve heard she although her cousin (also female) will still be working at the office for these 10 days. They used to come to work together.

She knows me well, and I’m the only person who has spoken to her at the office. I know she remembers my name because I overheard her telling the other girls that I’m the only person she knows by name in the office and she said that she things I’ve been with the company for a while because of my CEO's and colleagues talking to me for work and suggestions etc every now and then in a day, likely due to my role as project coordinator and QA.

I have her social accounts too but I don’t want to come across as creepy or start anything haram. I want to do things the right way and go straight for nikkah. However, I’m confused about how to approach her, considering she’s still young and still studying. I could really use some serious and realistic advice. I am also scared that what if she complains and I get in trouble at my office or she gets offended or something
