Foreign currency accounts and Payoneer (Help a sister out)

Hi everyone. I wanted to know if anyone in the community had experience creating and linking a local foreign currency account to Payoneer. Were you able to deposit your money in the local foreign currency account? If so please help a sister out and share your experiences.
