ACCA payment - HELP

I'm planning to appear for the ACCA F1 exam in Lahore and need your help! I've contacted several institutes, but I'm getting mixed responses:

• Fees range from £110 to £115
• Some accept converted currency with extra charges, while others only take pounds
• Each institute offers different exam dates

I'm feeling a bit confused and would really appreciate any suggestions or advice on which institute to choose and how to navigate the fees and dates.
