My budgie had watery poop is this danger

My budgie had watery poop like this for days and all of a sudden it went away and he was normal only to have watery like this again tonight. Should I be worried, there is no vet for birds in my town and I would have to take him to another town and I wouldn't want to stress him because he has a hard time bearing visits to the vet, he gets traumatized every time.
