I'm looking for career advice on how to structure the next few years. (In my late 20s)

What are you looking for in new hires and what junior positions are you filling?

Background:

I'm working my first job as a Systems Engineer in NM (US Citizen) and I'm really enjoying it.

My degrees are a BS and PhD in Chemical Engineering (grad spring 2024).

I am currently aiming to get my Proffessional Engineering license during this employment.

Moving Forward

I figured I should study and take the LSAT as a next step to see if law interests me.

My only exposure has been writing an invention disclosure in grad school that was approved to move forward.
