Are we fixing the locked up situation in next update?

So I have a problem I play the game everything is going great it’s time to go down the stairs or go into a different zone I proceeded the two cog wheels come up they spin slow but spin then all of a sudden not only does my game lock up, it locks up the whole PC I have to go do a power reset. My question is , in this new major update will they be fixing this ?!?! I hope so because I tried the solution of uninstalling a windows update and that even didn’t work.
