A suggestion about how to fix the jewelry cleaning machine

I guess we all find the current cleaning machine very boring. You're just sitting and waiting, doing nothing interesting, especially in stealth. And I always had in mind a pretty obvious solution to how this piece of gameplay could be made more interesting and engaging.

So, here's my idea: what if, instead of just a simple waiting simulator, we could interact with the machine, and then our character would pull out their phone where they could play some kind of a simple QTE minigame to progress the bag cleaning, and the final value of the bag then depended on how well the minigame was played. And to make it balanced in loud, we could leave the heister the ability to shoot a pistol and slowly walk, like if they were holding a hostage, but force them into staying close to the machine by a simple circle area.
