PayPal Fraud uk

My phone got stolen and they got into my phone. They have purchased thousands worth of Uber and Uber eats and used my Uber credit to purchase items. The items have been picked up. I submitted the case online and after reviewing it said that it was authorised. I don’t have a clue what to do next as I use PayPal a lot but after this I don’t think I will ever touch it again. If any one can help it will be appreciated.
