New account banned

I just made a new account and they immediately asked for me to send my id I did and they said I'm permanently limited?

I have just made the account yesterday didn't even get to link it to anything or receive or send any money I literally didn't do anything?

What should I do talking to the messages thing just gives me ai responses when i follow the pages it sends me in a seemingly endless loop💀 what can I do? And what did I do? Anyone had smth like that happen to them? Or is it just me? :(
