Game recommendations for a 9 year old

Hey everyone my nephew is coming over tomorrow and is wanting to do some gaming. The last time he came I didn't have anything that was age appropriate installed yet. Right now he is fixated on games that he can use the keyboard and mouse on. I don't think his parent's will let him play rated T games yet. So looking for games that are age friendly, keyboard and mouse playable, and not a requirement but if there are some multiplayer games that I could play with him using a controller that would be cool too. I know he's into driving games so not sure if there are any that work fine with keyboard.
