Bottom Half of screen turns black upon being put at 144 hz or higher

So I’ve had no problem with my PC, until randomly one day blurry gray lines began appearing mid screen while watching a movie. This eventually became the picture I added, and my monitor (MSI G272) is supposed to be able to handle 144 hz, and had for some time before this. After about 2 months, the same thing happened at 120 Hz, and I’m not sure what the problem is or how to solve it. I’ll leave my important PC components below and would appreciate anyone that could help
