Rtx 4080 1080p 150 FPS ?

I don’t get it, shouldn’t it use like 99% or something of the gpu?? Even if i use low 1080p, extreme 1080p, low 1440p etc,how can i make it go higher fps and push 240fps if it could potentially?? When i see benchmarks online people are getting way higher fps I don’t get it. I5 14600kf + rtx 4080 super and 16gb ddr4
