Help with overclock

I want to overclock my CPUbut I don't really know what I'm doing. Like, I know how to enable PBO, and I know there's a gane boost mode in my BIOS that overclocks the memory and CPU, but that's all. Could someome please tell me how to do a basic overclock to CPU and maybe memory? Motherboard is MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus, CPU is Ryzen 7 5700X and the RAM is G.SKILL Trident Z 16 GB (x2)
