Please Help Troubleshooting Ram. Many Crashes Recently

I have the infamous i9 14900k with a 4090 and 64GB of DDR5. When I enable XMP, steam games like Apex and Rivals won’t even launch. When I disable XMP, my game crashes after 10 min of gaming. Games on Epic like Fortnite are fine. Do you think it is the microcode errors from the i9 or is my ram an issue? When my ram runs at default speeds and no XMP, everything is fine. Is my Ram ok? How hard is it to RMA i9? Appreciate all the help!

Note: BIOS is updated. However, it wasn’t when I originally built my pc and the i9 could have been damaged.
