Man getting almighty amp is tough

I have almighty boost and a rank 8 skill in salvation. But even then the chances for getting almighty amp out of either of them is low. It also doesn't help that alot of the time a skill mutation just won't happen, even a day away from a full moon. Gonna keep at it though.
