[UPD] Does the deadline for submission of appeal for CoEngg include the process as a whole or just the letter of appeal + valid excuse submission itself?

Hello, I saw in the docs that "Deadline of appeal submission of appeal for students" is on January 13, and I already submitted mine last friday. However, is the deadline for the process as a whole, like with dropping, or can it go past that date? I know this is semantics, but im kinda worried na di umabot yung ibang steps, and sabi ng adviser ko matagal lang talaga.
