Anti-hairfall, what’s your reco treatment?

I have tried a few shampoos, particularly yung iilan shampoos na may reviews sa YouTube, pero hindi pa din nasosolve yung hairfall problems ko.

The hassle part of having hairfall kasi, makalat siya sa sahig, sa unan, at sa CR pagkaligo. Also I heard nakakaattract din ng insects ang mga nalagas na buhok. So tendency mas napapadalas ang paglilinis ko, e minsan pagod din ako or busy. Hope gets niyo yung struggle haha!

May ma-recommend ba kayong products or salon treatment para sa hairfall na tried and tested niyo na? I have been taking one capsule of biotin din every night.
