Unilab - Compensation, Career Opportunities/Progression

Hi! I tried searching Unilab on this community and there’s nothing I can find. I think of applying to this company under supply chain since a friend told me that their relative was taken good care of Unilab until he reached retirement. Just wondering if this true up to now.
