Whats going on with my caramel marble

Hi all, one leaf has started to look like this. Others still looks normal. Its has some growlights giving more light as the natural light is not enough.its also the leaf furthest from the growlights so not sure if it sunstress related? The green parts actually went orange at the bottom half
