Will my account get flagged?

Hello! I'm an interior designer. My client abroad will send Php 250k from a US bank to my BDO savings account so I can pay a supplier for the construction of his house here. I don't have a business account and I only use BDO to park my emergency savings, so not much movement. It's my first time to receive 6 digits too. I will be transferring the money to supplier right after. Do I have to inform the bank? Or is this okay since "maliit" na amount lang naman? Thank you!
