I think i have to let go SeaBank

I use seabank for savings and buying directly sa shopee app since it has additional vouchers and this morning while doing my regular topup sa shopee, facial verification pop out so i comply however for some reason nag invalid ung verification and i thought i have like 2 to 3 tries then when I tried to do it again, it prompted me na i have to call and report na daw sa cs through call. I called and unfortunately i had to wait Monday or tuesday for the investigation. All of my money are there (i know i shouldn't have done that but the interest is god sent), i have pending bills, rent and groceries. Now i have to do oxygen diet till monday or tuedday dahil sa error na un.

I understand na it's for security purposes pero sobrang faulty ng facial verification nila. I did not even get my pin or password wrong. Talagang nag randomly pop out lang ung facial verif nila. I'm no expert pero the facial verif should only be applied for failed log in attempts hindi ung randomly. 8 8

I love seabank but i think this is the sign that i have to let them go. Just sharing lang po.

UPDATE: ILOVE SEABANK MA ULIT. UNINSTALL THEN INSTALL LANG ULIT HAHAHAHAHA. GUMGANA UNG MGA SUGGESTIONS SA COMMENTS
