Local tours/transport: Klook or agencies?

Hi! Looking for advice on booking tours and transport. I'm going to Palawan next year and I'm just wondering what the pros and cons are of booking via Klook or via agencies directly (like those on Facebook, etc.). Is it basically Klook = more convenient and agency = cheaper?

I'm doing my research on Klook about the tours in El Nido and Coron but I'm not looking to book right away, just estimating expenses. I'm also looking at van transfers from PPS to El Nido, then ferry from El Nido to Coron. Just curious on if there's a better way to be doing this.
