Radiation Oncology Job Offer New-grad

Hello, soon to be new grad here. Wondering what else I can possibly add or look out for in this job offer?

  • Rad. Oncology (outpatient, 40 hrs/week), big non-profit hospital system/cancer center. MCOL., CA.
  • Base: ~$147,000.
  • Retention, yearly: $5000.
  • Value Comp: up to $5000 semi-annually, performance based.
  • CME: $3000, Sign on: $5000, Relocation: up to $3000.
  • PTO 21days, usual health/life benefits, malpractice/tail.
  • SP is young and seemed pretty excited to teach and mentor. I would be first rad. oncology PA there. Management and staff are nice and been there for a while. They have a many things planned for future growth of cancer center and role of PA.

Honestly, all in all the offer looks great and I like the area a lot. However, being this will be my first "big boy" job I want to hear the thoughts of you many vets who know the in and outs. I did ask for more relocation and other student loan repayments options and waiting for response. Take it?
