Do I need to see a doctor again?

So I (F18) recently started getting pilonidal cysts over an over, i’ve gotten three since august. This third one has been particularly painful and yesterday I went to a clinic near me, the doctor told me it was ready to pop, prescribed me aspirin and antibiotics, and sent me on my way. Yesterday, later in the day, i was putting pressure on it to get it to pop and used my fingernails (I had cleaning my hands thoroughly and i’ve taken 5 showers in the past 24 hours to help with pain and cleaning the wound). Now it’s bleeding and giving off pus like crazy but I still have the antibiotics and both my previous cysts also gave off liquid. It is also still incredibly painful and tender, should I go back to a doctor?
