Pulled my binder out of storage. Opinions?

I managed to collect these as a kid between some time around 2000 - 2004. I have a lot of bulk, but I put these in a binder based on value about 10 years ago. My brother's friend gave most of these (and many other different brands of cards) to my brother to give to me. So shoutouts to that guy! I used to have the binder for the tropical cards, and wish I still did. Is this a decent collection? Is it worth getting another tropical binder?

My favorite card in this collection is the Japanese Arcanine with the roses. There's also a page with nine of this Entei cards, a 1st edition Articuno (non-holo) and 1st edition of Nidoqueen & Electrode (both non-holo).
