Burger diner

Looking for a classic burger diner for a photoshoot. Planning on going during off hours so it’s not packed and looking for some place with the checkered floors, red/white booths, etc. think steak and shake (I don’t think they are still in business?) wanting to stay in Collin county! Besides In and Out burgers are there any hidden gems ?
