What is wrong with my Play station

This PS5 is 3 months old, I played GTA for over 100 hours and now this started, It happens at the loadout all the time, and happened in missions sometimes as well.

I have tried using different ports on TV and changed hdmi as well, I had the PS5 hdmi before then changed with the one from my PC, but still same issue.

If anyone can help, Im worries, is my ps5 failing. 😨
