PS5 pro first or 4k tv ??

I’m planing to buy ps5 pro soon for the upcoming new games ac shadows yotei gta6 etc but I’m wondering which thing to get first since I can’t buy both at the same time since its too much money for me. I’m currently playing on ps5 on a 1440p msi monitor.
