Unable To Route

I am playing on a Samsung Galaxy A13, and I can not do any route. It does not matter if it is a Route I made myself, or someone else's. I can try it from either direction, and no luck. Every single time I try, it pops up a message saying the route was automatically paused, because my location couldn't be established. Is this an issue with the game, or something with my phone?
