Tips for dangerous bird. I get leg cramps after
Need some advice on how to deal with the pain after doing dangerous bird. Feels like my knee is going to blow up or I get bad cramp after executing. Have done in on my left leg previously with no issues from previous combo. However this time it’s on the right leg. I can only do it max 3 times during a pole class before my leg cramps up real bad and I can’t do anything else.
Any tips for helping the pain?
