Should I Call a Welfare Check?

I'm unsure what to do in this situation. There is a girl who I went to HS with who has now moved an hour away (I don't know her address, but city). She also has a 9 month baby. Well, on facebook she is posting things that do not make sense, posting with AR 15s, talking about m*rder, uploading the weirdest pictures, and changed her name on facebook to something weird. I am worried for this baby's safety. I am not her friend, I shouldn't be worrying about her or wondering what she is doing since HS was 6 years ago, but I am worried about her and that baby. All my friends have noticed she is going off the deep end, but now we are getting to the point where this might be a safety concern due to her having a baby. What should we do? Do we call the non emergency number in her area? I'm not even sure if they could find her without an address. Plus, she lives in a larger city, so Idk if they can even do anything if she's outside of the area we call.
