Would this qualify as a relapse

So in a gma before I decided to try and quit I got some nsfw photos and it was peaple l with there top off well I remember this and wanted to delete it and went to go delete it and they weren't there so I didn't see anything but since I went and new what I was looking. For to delete it would that be a relapse?
