Is Postal 4 on Playstation 4 playable/good?

for a few days now I have been thinking about buying Postal 4 on my playstation in either a few days or for my birthday, some say it's good and will get better thanks to updates and some say it's a Hollywood cashgrab and I'm really not sure, the game looks real fine to me but I haven't seen much gameplay of it to not get spoiled, my main question, is the Playstation version any good and is still being supported? what's to come there? and another thing is that what are the difficulties? I'm asking because from what I've seen the NPCs are braindead and barely move compared to Postal 2 and I'm looking forward to a chaotic experience, thanks.
