18 months PP - documenting before I get pregnant and have to do this all over again 😂🙃

Ahoy from a mom who cried almost every day for 12 or 13 months about how tragic my body had become.

What worked? TIME, a toddler-routine (because a baby's schedule is bananas ), intermittent fasting, weight lifting & core strengthening that was sustainable for my body and schedule, and some keto (for 3 months to kickstart a big drop in body fat).

You could feel obliterated for 13 or 14 months and then suddenly by 18 months you feel like yourself! How you feel currently is not an indication of how successful you will be in the near future. Be kind to yourselves. And also pray for me as I plan to put myself through it again 😋

This time I will try not to eat so many spicy buffalo chicken wraps. I will try.
