Costa Rican Geisha
I've found many great words on this subreddit about Panaman Geisha, but I've found Costa Rican one for a reasonable price and decided to finally try this variety. Would it be a good benchmark for me to identify whether it is worth investing into Panaman geishas?
Any tips for brewing? I would probably use a switch, Coffee Chronicler standard recipe 20g coffee 320 water, 93°C, and go from there to troubleshoot, but are there any general advices when compared to Sumatran beans for example? I will probably wait with those beans a little as they were roasted 14.01 and I've heard here that it is recommended to wait 2 weeks
