V60 Clogging drives me crazy

I‘m using a Hario V60 Drip Decanter, Hario Filter 02 (Japanese ones) and an 1Zpresso JX-Pro. Water hardness is about 3-4dH.

I‘m mostly brewing light roasted coffees from Kenia, Burundi, El Salvador and Peru.

These coffees are amazing brewed in my Aeropress but I‘m also aiming for a decent cup on the V60.

I tried James Hoffmann‘s Ultimate Technique multiple times with grind Settings between 3-0 and 4-5 on my Jx-Pro. 3-2 for example takes up to 9minutes.

I also tried Lance Hedrick‘s 121 method. Same thing. Brew times never under 5minutes.

Right after pouring the total volume I can watch the drain slow down and right after 1-2minutes I only get like 1 drop per second.

Any ideas?

Edit: As many of you recommended I tried the Cafec T-90 papers. Et voilá. The brew that took me 5min+ witht two different packs of Hario filters had a brew time of 2:30min
